It should also be borne in mind that for the full absorption of the body should drink water at least 2 liters per day. But no more! Otherwise, it will begin to wash away from your body not only harmful substances, but also useful ones. And more specifically, you should drink 30 ml per kilogram of weight. For example, if you weigh 70 kg, drink 2 liters of water and at 80 kg drink 2.5 liters each.

6. Do not boil yourself. Anger and sorrow - somewhere far away


A bad mood weakens the immune system, causing the body to become more vulnerable to various kinds of diseases, and anger causes serious stress in the body, and these damages the cardiovascular system and respiratory organs. Live positively. Do not create problems for yourself or for others. And if it is still created, it should be solved. And the sooner the better it also keeps in mind that anger accelerates the aging of the body. Evil people do not live long.

7. Eat nuts - they prolong life

11. Supplements. Should I use them?
